بعد از اینکه صبح امروز خبر درگذشت امیر جوادی را نوشتم دوست داشتم که صحت نداشته باشد اما متاسفانه صحت داشت و باز هم ما ماندیم و غمی دیگر و زندانبانان و یک قتل دیگر. ایمیلی رسید دوباره که در مورد چهگونهگی درگذشت امیرجوادی سخن گفته است، به رسم امانت آنرا بدون کم و کاست اینجا میگذارم:
چگونگی شهید شدن این جوان خوش سیما و برومند را یکی از آشنایانام که شاهد روزهای آخر زندگی اش بوده برایام تعریف کرده. از آن لحظه تا کنون تپش قلب، بغض و التهاب رهایم نمی کند. ظاهرا در درگیری ها به سر و صورتش زده بودند و همین مسئله باعث شده بود بینایی اش رفته رفته از دست بدهد. همچنین به دنده هایش هم ضربه های شدیدی وارد شده بوده که فکر می کنم پس از چند روز به دلیل خونریزی داخلی که احتمالا در ریه اش رخ داده شهید شده است. به من گفته اند وقتی امیر را با آن وضعیت به همراه سایر بازداشت شده ها به کهریزک می آورند، سایر زندانی ها خیلی سعی می کنند کمکش کنند و با همان امکانات محدود به او رسیدگی کنند. (این مطلب خیلی دلم را سوزاند که) امیر هم شبها برای جبران زحمات دوستانش، با آن حال و وضعیت برایشان آب می آورده یا آنها را باد می زده تا بتوانند گرما را تحمل کنند. بالاخره در روزی که زندانیان را از کهریزک به اوین می آوردند، در آن فضای تنگ، گرم و در آن هوای خفه کننده و بد ماشین ون، تشنج می کند و کم کم از نفس می افتد. ماموران هم بسیار شتاب زده او را از ماشین خارج می کنند و می برند. متـــــاسفم و از صمیم قلب و از سویدای دل قاتلین او را و رهبر قاتل و ظالممان را واگذار می کنم به دستان قلم شده ی ابو الفضل العباس(صاحب این شب عزیز)

When I wrote the news of Amir Javadi this morning, I was hoping that it wasn’t true. But unfortunately it was. So here we are alone again, with one more reason to grieve, one more murder, and the jailers are still there. I received an email giving more details about Amir Javadi’s death. I have reproduced it in full below.
The circumstances of the death of this handsome, radiant young man was told me by someone close to him who witnessed the final days of his life. From that moment, palpitations, grief and anguish have not left me for a second. Visibly, during the riots, he had received heavy blows to his head and face, so that he was gradually losing his sight. He had also been violently beaten on his ribs, which must have caused internal bleeding, in his lungs I think, and finally his death.
I was told that when Amir was transported in this state, along with the other detainees, to Kahrizak, the other prisoners did all they could to help him and bring him relief with the meagre means they had. And Amir too, in the evenings, to thank his fellow detainees and despite his condition, brought them water and wafted the air so that the others would suffer less from the heat (I was very moved on hearing this story). Then finally, the day the detainees were transported from Kahrizak to Evin prison, in the cramped space of the van with its suffocating atmosphere in which one could hardly breathe, he began to convulse and little by little stopped breathing. The officers quickly got him out of the van to take him somewhere else. I am devastated and from the bottom of my heart, I pray that his murderers and this criminal, tyrannical “Leader” (Khamenei) (pay for the acts they have committed).

Lorsque ce matin, j’ai écrit la nouvelle de la mort d’Amir Javadi, j’espérais que ce n’était pas vrai. Mais malheureusement, c’était vrai. Nous voici à nouveau seuls, avec un chagrin de plus, un meurtre de plus et toujours les mêmes geôliers. J’ai reçu un nouvel email fournissant plus d’informations sur les circonstances de la mort d’Amir Javadi. Je le reproduis ici intégralement.
Les circonstances de la mort de ce jeune homme, beau et épanoui, m’ont été racontées par l’un de mes proches qui était témoin des derniers jours de sa vie. Depuis cet instant, palpitations, chagrin et angoisse ne me quittent plus. Visiblement, pendant les émeutes, il avait reçu beaucoup de coups sur la tête et le visage, de telle sorte qu’il perdait progressivement la vue. Il avait aussi reçu des coups très violents sur les côtes, ce qui a dû causer une hémorragie interne, au niveau pulmonaire je pense, et finalement sa mort.
On m’a dit que lorsqu’Amir était transporté dans cet état avec les autres détenus à Kahrizak, les autres prisonniers ont essayé de faire de leur mieux pour l’aider et le soulager avec le peu de moyens qu’ils avaient. Et Amir aussi, les soirs, pour remercier ses codétenus, dans l’état qui était le sien, leur portait de l’eau et faisait du courant pour que les autres aient moins chaud (j’ai été très touché d’entendre cette histoire). Et finalement, le jour où les détenus devaient être transportés de Kahrizak à la prison d’Evine, dans cet espace étroit du véhicule avec son atmosphère étouffante où l’air était irrespirable, il est pris de convulsions et a peu à peu arrêté de respirer. Les agents se sont dépêchés de le sortir du véhicule pour l’emmener ailleurs. Je suis désolé et du plus profond de mon du cœur, je prie pour que ses meurtriers et ce “Guide” (Khamenei) criminel et tyrannique (payent pour les actes qu’ils ont commis).

تا تاریخ ۳۰/۴/۸۸ و با پیگیری خانواده اش از طریق دادگاه انقلاب و بازداشتگاه اوین و دیگر بازداشگاه موجود در تهران هیچ اطلاعی از سرنوشت وی یا محل نگهداری به خانواده اش داده نشده بود
در روز ۳۱/۴/۸۸ با تماسی که با خانواده اش گرفته شده از انها خواسته شده به بیمارستان امام خمینی برای تحویل گرفتن جسد وی مراجعه کنند و با مراجعه آنها مشخص شده شهادت ایشان بر اثر ضربه مغزی بوده ودر روی بدن وی اثار متعدد باتوم دیده شده است تاریخ دقیق شهادتش وی مشخص نیست
.پیکر ایشان صبح امروز یکشنبه ۴/۵/۸۸ در قطعه ۲۱۹ بهشت زهرا تهران در کنار مادر مرحوم وی به خاک سپرده شد

دیروز یعنی ۴ مرداد ماه که قرار بود امیر جوادی رو در بهشت زهرا دفن کنند ، اینکار انجام نشد . جنازه رو هم به خانوادش که رفته بودن به پزشکی قانونی کهریزک تحویل ندادن . گفتن که دادستانی باید یه نامه میداده و نداده و برید فردا بیاید . امیر مادر نداشت تا گریه کنه براش . بیچاره روز ۲۳ تیر کشته میشه و دیروز ۳ خرداد اعلام کرده بودن . پدرش میگفت که بردنش اول پلیس امنیت و اونجا بهش گفتن که اولا هیچ حرفی راجه به کشته شدن امیر نمیزنی . میگی امیر توی تصادف کشته شده . تشییع جنازه نمیگیری . ختم نمیگیری . اگر اینجوری نکردی که ما میگیم ، برادرش رو هم ازت میگیریم .
مامورهای امنیتی که کنار غسالخونه وایساده بودن علنا اعلام میکردن که اجازه دارن روزی فقط ۲ جنازه رو به خانواد هاشون معرفی کنن .
مرضیه میگفت که وقتی ما منتظر بودیم تا جنازه امیر رو بیارن ، سمت غسالخونه زنانه ، زن تقریبا ۴۰ ساله ای رو آورده بودن که یه ضرب گلوله کشته شده بود و همه بدنش کبود بود . اسمش رو هم زده بودن ناشناس . معلوم نبود شوهر و بچه های این زن الان کجا دارن در بدر دنبالش میگردن .
امروز یعنی ۵ مرداد ما داریم میریم بهشت زهرا .
امیر یه مدتی توی موسسه کارنامه کلاسهای بازیگری میرفت و من اونجا باهاش آشنا شدم . جایی رو پیدا نکردم تا این حرفها رو بزنم . گفتم واسه یه نفر کامنت میذارم تا حداقل بدونه .
خدا رو چه دیدی ، شاید فردا روزی هم اسم محمد حسینی رو نوشتی که کشته شد . اون وقت که این چیزی که نوشتم ارزش پیدا میکنه .
